Your satisfaction is our top priority - unfortunately, due to the nature of our business we are currently not accepting returns or refunds. We know this won’t work for everyone, but it helps us stay true to our goal of creating thoughtful, limited-run pieces with as little environmental impact as possible. We encourage you to double-check your order before placing it, as we’re unable to make changes once it’s been processed. Thanks for understanding and supporting slow, intentional fashion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days of receiving your item) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If outside of this timeframe, we cannot offer an exchange for receiving the wrong size or a damaged item. Please contact our customer service team at care@briarroadstudio.com.
