Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out to care@briarroadstudio.com as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help. However, please kindly note that we cannot guarantee any order adjustments after purchase.
Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?
Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we are unable to change or edit your shipping address. If your order has not shipped, please reach out to care@briarroadstudio.com for address changes as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you double check all details before placing an order.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can monitor your package! If your package is mistakenly marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend you check with others in your household and/or neighbors to see if they have received your package. You can also contact the carrier directly for assistance.
How do I know my size?
For all sizing questions, please refer to the size guides on each product page.

What if the size I want is out of stock?
If your preferred size is out of stock, we recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page. Due to our limited drops, we cannot guarantee restocks. Once restocked, you will receive an email notification.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We offer both domestic and international shipping.
International customers please note that your order ships from the US and we are not responsible for any fees associated with duties or import taxes.
How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is calculated at checkout.
International shipping prices are calculated at checkout and customers are not eligible for free shipping.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 7-9 business days to process and ship your order. Of course, in the case of mother nature and national holidays, shipping may be subject to delay.
Returns, Exchanges & Damages
What is Briar Road’s Return Policy?
Due to the nature of our business, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. We know this won’t work for everyone, but it helps us stay true to our goal of creating thoughtful, limited-run pieces with as little environmental impact as possible. We encourage you to double-check your order before placing it, as we’re unable to make changes once it’s been processed. Thanks for understanding and supporting slow, intentional fashion.
Which items are considered final sale?
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind.

What constitutes as damages?
Damages are generally defined as manufacturing defects, major stitching issues, noticeable fabric flaws, or any significant imperfections that impact the product's functionality or appearance when received. However, normal wear and tear or changes due to regular use over time are not considered damages.
If my item is damaged, how long do I have to file a claim for a damaged item?
For any order issues, please reach out to care@briarroadstudio.com immediately (within 5 days of receiving your item). Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and reach out to us right away if you notice any issues. This ensures we can address the concern quickly and provide the necessary assistance.
If outside of this timeframe, we cannot offer an exchange for receiving the wrong size or a damaged item.
Care & Quality
How should I care for my Briar Road pieces?
- Wash separately from other clothing, particularly during first few washes
- Use cold water and mild detergent
- Turn items inside out before washing
- Keep away from light-colored clothing to prevent color transfer
- Air dry to maintain color integrity
- Avoid bleach and spot treatments
